How Nutritional Therapy Works & Practical Info
About Nutritional Therapy
Questions about workshops, webinars, or employee wellbeing support? See practical FAQs below.”
What is nutritional therapy?
Nutritional therapy combines science-based nutrition with lifestyle guidance to support long-term health and wellbeing. It’s designed to uncover the root causes of symptoms — like fatigue, bloating, skin issues, or hormone imbalances — and offer personalised support through food, supplements, and habit changes.
Is nutritional therapy a replacement for medical advice?
No. Nutritional therapy is a complementary approach that works alongside medical care. It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Always consult your doctor for medical concerns, and I’ll happily collaborate with your healthcare provider if needed.

Payment is made via bank transfer prior to your appointment.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Practical Questions:
1-to-1 Nutrition Support
How do consultations take place?
All 1-to-1 consultations are held online via Zoom, making it easy to access personalised nutrition support from anywhere.
What happens after I book a program?
You’ll receive a confirmation email, intake forms, and clear next steps to help you get started. If your programme includes functional testing, you’ll also receive guidance on organising and completing your test kit.
Do I need to complete functional testing?
No. Functional testing is optional and depends on your goals and symptoms. Some clients benefit from deeper investigation into areas such as hormones, gut health, or nutrient status, while others see excellent progress through nutrition and lifestyle support alone.
What kinds of health concerns do you support?
Sanna specialises in women’s health, including perimenopause, menopause, hormone balance, digestive health, fatigue, skin health, and blood sugar balance. She also supports men, teenagers, and clients looking to improve energy, wellbeing, and long-term health through personalised nutrition.
Are programmes personalised?
Yes. Every programme is tailored to your symptoms, goals, lifestyle, and preferences. Recommendations are designed to be realistic, practical, and sustainable for everyday life.
Do you provide meal plans?
Nutrition guidance is personalised and practical. Depending on your needs, this may include meal ideas, recipes, food structure guidance, and support with building balanced meals and healthier habits over time.
Practical Questions:
Employee Wellbeing & Workplace Nutrition
Do you offer employee nutrition consultations?
Yes. Alongside workshops and webinars, Sanna can provide confidential 1-to-1 nutrition consultations for employees, either on-site or online. These sessions offer more personalised support and can be integrated into wider wellbeing programmes.
How are workplace wellbeing sessions delivered?
Sessions can be delivered in person at your workplace across the Netherlands or online for remote and international teams. Formats include wellbeing workshops, nutrition webinars, wellbeing days, lunch-and-learn sessions, and employee nutrition clinics. Hybrid options are also available, combining on-site sessions with online follow-up support.
What topics can workplace workshops cover?
Sessions are tailored to your organisation and team goals. Popular topics include maintaining energy throughout the workday, reducing afternoon crashes and brain fog, stress resilience, focus and productivity, healthier workplace habits, blood sugar balance, gut health, smarter snacking, and sustainable behaviour change.
Do you work with remote or international teams?
Yes. Online webinars and virtual employee wellbeing sessions work well for hybrid, remote, and international organisations, making support accessible across different locations and time zones.
What’s the difference between workplace wellbeing, employee wellbeing, and corporate wellness, employee wellness or team wellness?
These terms are often used interchangeably. Some organisations search for workplace wellbeing programmes, while others use terms like employee wellness, corporate wellness, staff wellbeing, or workplace nutrition. All refer to supporting employee health, energy, resilience, and performance at work through wellbeing initiatives and healthier habits.
Can sessions be tailored to our organisation?
Yes. Sessions are adapted to your organisation, industry, team size, and goals. Workshops can be designed as one-off events or as part of a wider employee wellbeing strategy.
How long are workshops and webinars?
Most sessions are between 45–60 minutes, depending on the format and level of interaction required. Longer wellbeing workshops, Q&A sessions, and half-day wellbeing events can also be arranged.
Do you only work with large companies?
No. Sanna works with a range of organisations, including small businesses, startups, educational institutions, and larger corporate teams. Sessions can be adapted for both small and large groups.
Do you offer ongoing employee wellbeing support?
Yes. Many organisations choose ongoing wellbeing support rather than a single workshop. This can include quarterly wellbeing presentations or webinars throughout the year, combined with optional employee nutrition consultations for more personalised support.
Programmes can be delivered online or on-site across the Netherlands and are tailored to your organisation’s goals, team size, and preferred level of support.
Examples may include:
Quarterly workplace wellbeing workshops
Monthly webinars or wellbeing sessions
Ongoing employee nutrition clinics
Hybrid support combining workshops with 1-to-1 consultations
Wellbeing support for remote and international teams
Longer-term partnerships help reinforce healthier habits over time and keep wellbeing visible throughout the year rather than as a one-off initiative.
How is ongoing wellbeing support priced?
Ongoing workplace wellbeing programmes are typically tailored based on:
Number of employees
Number of workshops or webinars per year
Whether 1-to-1 employee consultations are included
Online, on-site, or hybrid delivery
Level of ongoing support required
This allows organisations to create a wellbeing programme that fits both their goals and budget.
What makes your approach different?
Sanna combines evidence-based nutrition with practical, realistic strategies employees can apply immediately. Sessions are designed to feel engaging, relatable, and supportive rather than restrictive or overwhelming.
