Thrive Together Community and Privacy Agreement
Last updated: October 2026
Thrive Together is intended to be a supportive place where members can learn, ask questions and share experiences without worrying that personal information will leave the group.
Protecting one another’s privacy is not simply a formality. It is part of the quality, trust and value of the membership.
By joining Thrive Together, you agree to follow this Community and Privacy Agreement during live sessions, within the Thrive Hub and in any other member communications.
Our shared commitment
Everyone participating in Thrive Together agrees to:
Treat other members with kindness, respect and consideration.
Respect different backgrounds, experiences, opinions and stages of health.
Allow others to decide how much or how little they wish to share.
Avoid pressuring another member to discuss personal information.
Keep personal information shared by other members confidential.
Speak from personal experience rather than diagnosing or prescribing for other members.
Raise disagreements respectfully and without personal criticism.
Help maintain a supportive, inclusive and non-judgemental environment.
Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, abusive behaviour or deliberate disruption will not be accepted.
Respecting other members’ privacy
Information shared during a Thrive Together session must remain within the group.
You agree not to:
Share another member’s name, identity, story, question or health information outside the group.
Repeat information in a way that could allow another member to be identified.
Take or share screenshots of live sessions, chats, the Hub or member contributions.
Make your own audio, video or screen recording of a session.
Use transcription, note-taking or artificial-intelligence recording tools during sessions.
Copy or forward private group messages or chats.
Share meeting links, passwords, Hub access or account details with anyone else.
Invite a non-member to attend or listen to a session without prior permission.
You may discuss what you personally learned from a session, but you must not disclose information about another participant.
Sharing your own information
You are always in control of what you choose to share.
You are welcome to participate, but you are never required to disclose personal health information or discuss something that makes you uncomfortable. You may keep your camera switched off or choose not to speak during a session.
Because Thrive Together includes group sessions, anything you choose to say, show in the chat or display on camera may be seen or heard by the other participants.
Please avoid sharing information that you would not be comfortable sharing with the group.
Session recordings
The teaching section of Thrive Masterclasses may be recorded so that members can watch it afterwards.
Thrive Coaching sessions are not recorded.
We aim to avoid including members’ personal discussions, health information, faces or voices in published recordings. If member participation may be recorded, this will be explained before recording begins. You may keep your camera and microphone switched off.
If you believe that personal information about you has been included in a recording, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can review it.
Masterclass recordings are provided for the personal use of Thrive Together members. They must not be copied, downloaded, recorded, forwarded, published or shared outside the membership unless express permission has been provided.
What you can expect from us
Sanna, Lina and anyone supporting Thrive Together will:
Treat member information respectfully and confidentially.
Only use member information for providing and administering Thrive Together.
Avoid sharing identifiable member information outside the membership unless permission has been given or disclosure is legally required.
Not use your name, image, story, feedback or testimonial for marketing without your separate permission.
Take reasonable steps to restrict Hub content and recordings to current members.
Respond seriously to reported privacy or conduct concerns.
Keep Thrive Coaching sessions unrecorded.
Provide notice when a Masterclass is being recorded.
Further information about how Sanna Sumner Nutritional Therapy collects, stores and uses personal data is available in our Privacy Policy.
Limits of group confidentiality
We ask every member to follow this agreement and will act when a potential breach is reported. However, no group environment can provide an absolute guarantee that another participant will comply.
Please contact us promptly if you believe that:
Your privacy has been compromised.
Someone has shared or recorded confidential material.
Another member’s behaviour has made you feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
A meeting link, recording or Hub resource has been shared outside the membership.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law or where there is a serious safeguarding concern or immediate risk of harm.
Educational information and personal advice
Thrive Together provides general nutrition, lifestyle and behaviour-change education.
The information shared during Masterclasses, Coaching sessions and within the Hub is not a substitute for personalised medical care, diagnosis or treatment.
Members should seek appropriate medical advice about individual symptoms, medication or health concerns. Personal nutritional therapy can be arranged separately where individual assessment and recommendations are needed.
Protecting membership content
The Thrive Hub, session materials, meal guides, recordings and other resources are provided for members’ personal use.
They must not be copied, reproduced, sold, published, forwarded or shared with non-members without prior written permission.
This does not prevent you from using what you learn in your own daily life.
If this agreement is breached
We will review concerns fairly and take the circumstances into account.
Depending on the seriousness of the situation, action may include:
A private reminder or warning.
Removal from a particular session.
Restriction or suspension of access.
Termination of membership in accordance with the Thrive Together membership terms.
Further action where required for safeguarding, legal or security reasons.
Serious privacy breaches may require immediate action to protect other members.
