Thrive Together Membership Terms

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply when you purchase a Thrive Together membership from Sanna Sumner Nutritional Therapy.

Please read them together with our Community and Privacy Agreement and Privacy Policy. By joining Thrive Together, you agree to these Membership Terms.

What the membership includes

Thrive Together is an online nutrition, lifestyle and behaviour-change membership.

An active membership includes:

  • One 60-minute Thrive Masterclass each month.

  • One 60-minute Thrive Coaching session each month.

  • Access to the protected Thrive Hub.

  • Masterclass recordings where available.

  • Quarterly themes, meal guides and supporting resources.

  • Opportunities to submit questions.

  • Membership emails containing schedules, links, reminders and updates.

Masterclasses may be recorded. Coaching sessions are not recorded.

Thrive Together provides general education and group support. It is not a replacement for individual nutritional therapy, medical diagnosis or medical treatment.

Membership options and prices

Thrive Together may be offered through monthly, annual, fixed-term or promotional membership plans.

The price, VAT, payment frequency, any minimum commitment and renewal arrangements will be displayed before purchase.

Founding membership

The founding membership costs €39 per month, including VAT, and has an initial commitment of three monthly payments.

The first payment is taken when you join. The following two payments are taken on the monthly renewal date shown during checkout and in your Squarespace account.

Except during the statutory cooling-off period, or where we have materially failed to provide the membership, the initial three-payment commitment cannot normally be cancelled early.

After the initial commitment, membership continues on a rolling monthly basis until cancelled.

The €39 founding price is protected for the first 12 months of continuous membership, provided that the initial three-month commitment is completed. If you cancel and later rejoin, the founding price may no longer be available.

Regular membership

The regular membership price will be the price displayed when the member joins.

Unless a minimum term is clearly stated before purchase, regular membership runs monthly and can be cancelled with no more than one month’s notice.

Regular membership does not include founding-member pricing unless expressly stated.

Annual and other payment plans

An annual membership may be offered at a discounted price and paid in advance.

Unless otherwise stated before purchase, an annual plan has an initial fixed term of 12 months and is not refundable in whole or in part after the statutory cooling-off period simply because the member no longer wishes to participate.

Any automatic renewal, future price and cancellation arrangements will be shown before purchase. After a fixed term, applicable Dutch consumer cancellation rights will continue to apply.

Discounts and promotional offers

We may offer discount codes, introductory prices, referral offers, complimentary periods or individually agreed prices.

Each offer may have its own eligibility conditions, duration and expiry date.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Only one discount may be used per purchase.

  • Discounts cannot be combined.

  • A code must be entered before completing payment.

  • Discounts will not be added retrospectively.

  • A discount may apply only to the first payment or for a stated period.

  • Once the discount ends, the membership continues at the applicable standard price.

  • A discount does not change the minimum commitment or cancellation terms.

  • Personal codes cannot be transferred or shared.

  • Discounts have no cash value.

The founding price cannot be combined with another discount unless we specifically agree to this.

We may refuse or withdraw a code that has expired, has been misused or was issued because of an obvious technical or pricing error.

Payments

You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date.

If a payment fails, we may retry it, ask for another payment method or temporarily suspend membership access. Suspension does not remove an obligation to complete an agreed fixed payment period.

Cancelling your membership

After completing any initial fixed commitment, you may cancel through your Squarespace customer account or by emailing sanna@sannasumner.com.

Cancellation will normally take effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Access continues until that date, after which no further payment will be taken.

Payments are not calculated proportionately or refunded simply because you cancel partway through a paid billing period.

Fourteen-day cooling-off period

Consumers who purchase online generally have the right to withdraw from the membership agreement within 14 days of joining.

To exercise this right, email sanna@sannasumner.com within the 14-day period and clearly state that you wish to withdraw.

Your access and recurring subscription will then be cancelled. Any refund will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law, including any legally permitted deduction for services already provided.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Session dates and changes

Session dates and times will be published in advance where reasonably possible. Unless otherwise stated, times are given in Central European Time or Central European Summer Time.

Occasionally, we may need to change:

  • A session date or time.

  • The session facilitator.

  • The order of topics.

  • A Coaching group allocation.

  • The online platform used.

  • The format or organisation of Hub content.

We will provide as much notice as reasonably possible.

If Sanna or Lina is unavailable, a suitable alternative facilitator may deliver the session. If we cancel a session, we will aim to reschedule it or provide a reasonable alternative.

A reasonable schedule, facilitator or format change does not automatically create a right to a full or partial refund where the overall membership is still being provided.

Missed sessions and refunds

Membership payments provide access to the overall membership. They are not separate payments for attendance at each individual session.

Refunds or partial refunds are not normally provided because a member:

  • Misses a session or cannot attend a revised date.

  • Joins late or leaves early.

  • Does not access the Hub.

  • Does not watch an available recording.

  • Does not use the resources.

  • Does not submit questions or participate.

  • Is unavailable because of work, travel, illness or personal circumstances.

  • Does not receive or notice a reminder email.

  • Experiences a problem with their own device or internet connection.

Coaching sessions are not recorded, and an individual replacement session is not included if a member cannot attend.

A temporary website, Zoom, Squarespace, Acuity, payment-provider or internet interruption does not normally create a right to a refund.

If we permanently fail to provide a substantial part of the membership and do not offer a reasonable replacement, we will consider an appropriate remedy. This may include rescheduling, replacement content, a credit, a proportionate refund or cancellation without further payment.

Circumstances outside our control

We are not responsible for temporary delay, rescheduling or disruption caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as serious illness, emergency, power or internet failure, platform outages, extreme weather, government restrictions or cybersecurity incidents.

We will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and provide an alternative where appropriate.

Member accounts and content

Membership access is personal and cannot be transferred.

You must not:

  • Share your account or password.

  • Allow another person to use your membership.

  • Share private Hub or meeting links.

  • Record sessions independently.

  • Copy, sell, publish or distribute membership resources or recordings.

Membership materials are for your personal use. When membership ends, access to the Hub and its content ends.

We may update, reorganise or replace themes, resources and archived content over time. Membership does not guarantee permanent access to every item previously published.

Community conduct and privacy

All members must follow the Thrive Together Community and Privacy Agreement.

Serious or repeated breaches may result in removal from a session, suspension or termination of membership. Termination following a serious breach does not automatically create a right to a refund.

Health and personal responsibility

We provide Thrive Together with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot guarantee a particular health, weight, symptom or wellbeing outcome.

You remain responsible for deciding whether general information is appropriate for you. Seek individual medical advice where necessary, particularly if you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or have a history of disordered eating.

Changes to the membership or price

Thrive Together is an evolving membership. We may make reasonable changes to themes, resources, facilitators, technology and delivery while maintaining the essential nature of the membership.

We will provide reasonable notice of any significant reduction in the service or price increase.

Founding members will retain their protected price for the stated 12-month period while their membership remains continuous.

Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Outcomes and limitation of liability

Thrive Together provides general educational information, practical resources and group support. Individual results vary and depend on many factors outside our control.

We do not promise or guarantee:

  • Weight loss.

  • Improvement in a symptom or medical condition.

  • A particular physical, emotional or wellbeing outcome.

  • That every topic, suggestion or resource will be relevant or effective for every member.

  • That participation will replace individual professional care.

  • That a member will achieve a result within a particular period.

A member’s dissatisfaction with their personal results does not, by itself, mean that the membership has been provided incorrectly or create a right to a refund or compensation.

Members remain responsible for:

  • Deciding whether general information is suitable for their circumstances.

  • Seeking individual medical or nutritional advice where appropriate.

  • Disclosing relevant information to their own healthcare providers.

  • Following medication and treatment advice given by qualified healthcare professionals.

  • How they choose to use or act upon membership information.

  • Avoiding changes that may be unsuitable for their health or circumstances.

We are not responsible for:

  • Decisions made solely on the basis of general membership content.

  • Loss or harm caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by a member.

  • A member acting against medical advice.

  • Advice, opinions or personal experiences shared by another participant.

  • Unauthorised actions by another member that we could not reasonably have prevented.

  • Loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the membership agreement was made.

  • Indirect or consequential loss, to the extent that exclusion is permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total financial liability arising from the membership will not exceed the membership fees paid by the affected member during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
